Safety

With all hair accessories it is important to ensure the safety of the little person using them.

Please NEVER leave babies and small children alone whilst wearing any of Peek-A-Bows products. Ensure any accessories are removed and kept safe from little hands.

All clays, embellishments and flowers and fixed with superglue and hot glue to ensure a secure fixing however there is still a risk they may come loose or off which may become a choking hazard.

Please ensure any bows with embellishments are not left in reach of smaller children.

Returns/refunds

All orders are sent using Royal mail signed for postage, this ensures tracking status of delivered items, any items not delivered for whatever reason would be covered by royal mail and entitled to a refund after 30 days due to their compensation process.

Refunds can be given within 30days of starting a claim via Royal mail.

Please note personalised items will have a photo sent before collection/delivery customers must check this for mistakes thoroughly as once i have confirmation they will be non refundable.

Any items being refunded must be sent back to myself at buyers expense.

Damages will be resent (at Peek-A-Bows cost) once picture proof is recieved.

Please note colours may vary in person however i have tried to show a resemblance in our photos.

If any items are listed as £0.00 this is an error and will not be fulfilled. Please let me know if you find any.
